Class Descriptions

Burn – A Metabolic Conditioning class where High intensity training meets resistance training creating huge caloric burn increasing fat loss while maintaining muscle and increasing strength!

Move – Get moving with our entry to fitness level 1 strength, cardio, and mobility class. In Move we go over the basic to intermediate exercises bringing you out of your comfort zone teaching you how to move in all 3 dimensions for which your body was designed.

Lift – A new approach to classic bodybuilding training with focus on total body strength and hypertrophy, mixing traditional weight lifting with new equipment and techniques.
